Response Times and Support Hours

We are committed to providing outstanding service, and respond to support requests within one business day. Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Gliffy is closed on major US holidays, including:

  • Presidents Day
  • Memorial Day

  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday and Friday in November)
