Gliffy Pricing

Gliffy Diagrams for Confluence Cloud pricing is subscription-based. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.  

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for host products and apps based on the number of users in your instance. For example, if you have Confluence Cloud (25 users), you pay the 25-user price for apps.  

If you’ve opted for annual billing for your host product, apps are billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

Gliffy Diagrams for Confluence Data Center is hosted on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

Data Center apps are billed based on the number of users in your host product. The app will only function if its license tier matches or exceeds the tier of the host product, even if only some of your licensed users need to use the app.

Gliffy evaluations last 30 days in both Confluence Cloud and Confluence Data Center. If you need additional time for your team to evaluate Gliffy, please reach out to our sales team. 

If you don’t renew your license on a Confluence Cloud application, your diagrams will switch to a read-only state. You will be able to edit your diagrams again when you renew your license.

Gliffy diagrams are stored as attachments on the Confluence page both as a .gliffy file and an image file (.png). You can still access these attachments without a Gliffy license.

If you don’t renew your Gliffy license on Confluence Data Center, you can still interact with your diagrams as normal, but you won’t have access to support or product updates. 

Gliffy Diagrams for Jira Cloud is subscription-based, and you are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active. Pricing for Jira Cloud apps automatically matches the tier of the host product within the cloud site.

Gliffy Diagrams for Jira Data Center is hosted on your servers, and the purchase of your license also covers 12 months of support and maintenance. The app will only function if its license tier matches or exceeds the tier of the host product, even if only some of your licensed users need to use the app.
