Gliffy for Jira FAQ
Starting March 31, 2026, you cannot purchase a new license or renew an existing license. If you have an existing license, we will continue to offer support until it expires per Atlassian Marketplace SLAs.
This move allows our team to focus on our flagship Confluence products, which most of our Jira customers already use.
You will not lose access to your diagrams. However, we recommend moving your Jira diagrams to Confluence if you have not done so already.
Reach out to our support team with any questions or concerns regarding Gliffy for Jira end of support.
How Gliffy Works with Jira
Although Gliffy no longer offers an Atlassian Marketplace app for Jira, the integrations between Atlassian’s products mean your Gliffy diagrams are accessible anywhere.
Customer Documentation
When you create your JSM Portal or Help Center for your customers, you can integrate it with a Confluence space that helps them find answers before they submit a ticket.
The Gliffy diagrams contained within that space make information faster and easier to understand, helping you meet your ticket deflection goals.
Internal Knowledge Bases
Anyone, not just service agents, can contribute to the collective knowledge contained within Confluence—including diagrams.
Then, the whole team has access to the same information and can provide high-quality service regardless of experience level.
