If you’re using Confluence Cloud, you can also type / or /gliffy directly on the page and choose Gliffy Diagram from the list of macros that appears. How do I import diagrams from another tool (Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, etc.)?Export the original diagram as a .vsdx, .vdx, .drawio, .xml, or JSON file. Create a new Gliffy diagram. From the Gliffy start screen, click Import a Diagram, then click Browse to locate your exported diagram file and double-click to select.You can also import diagrams created in other instances of Gliffy by exporting the original diagram as a .gliffy file and following the same steps. How do I add one diagram to multiple Confluence pages?Create a new diagram and select Search for a Diagram on the Gliffy start screen. When you start typing the name of the diagram, it will appear, and you can select it to insert.Make sure to select the Link to Original Diagram check box before inserting to make sure it automatically updates when the original is updated. How do I create interactive diagrams? Click on an object that you want to use as a button or toggle for the linked layer and open the layers tab, then click the layer link icon at the bottom right of the panel. Where can I see all my diagrams?If you’re using Confluence Cloud, the Gliffy lobby allows you to see all your diagrams in list or grid view.
